Ivy P3 Group’s (“IHG”) services continues past the successful funding of a project. Our role as Project Manager on behalf of the Owner(s) includes an extensive list of responsibilities, analysis and day-to-day monitoring of the complicated construction phase of a project.
These services include but are not limited to the following:
Weekly conference calls with the key members of the construction and development team
Weekly on-site walk throughs with the construction and design teams
Monthly construction and budget status reports
Assist in maintaining strict adherence to the construction schedule
Dispute resolution between key project parties
Preparation and coordination of necessary documentation required under the financing documents
Review of submitted invoices
Review of all FF&E purchases and coordination of delivery and installation
Liaison for communication between the public partner and the developer, general contractor and design team
Timing coordination for the transfer of the project from the General Contractor to the project Operator
Coordinate the “punch list” for project completion and acquiring a Certificate of Occupancy
